On August 18, several people familiar with the matter confirmed to reporters that Guo Taiming, Zhu Gongshan, and Yang Huaijin had held multiple discussions regarding the joint development of a complete photovoltaic industry chain, and met with Luo Zhijun, the secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee, at the beginning of the year.
