You should recruit everyone a year in advance so that they can start working on the catalytic units. If your factory has such units, recruit some team leaders and chief operators. From a technical perspective, it involves verifying whether the construction was carried out correctly according to the drawings, checking whether the gaskets were installed properly, and ensuring that the bolts are tightened adequately. Defects are detected through flaw detection, hydrostatic testing, and airtightness checks, and these inspections must be carried out thoroughly during the construction process. Before starting work, conduct pipeline targeting with the construction unit to remove impurities. Water intermodal transport and oil intermodal transport are also required. The general plan for starting up is as follows: 1. Comprehensive inspection: Check whether the process is correct, and ensure that vents are closed ； Are the fuel and raw material nozzles unobstructed? ； The blind plate is in the correct position ； Test control valve ； Flue steam injection, water injection, auxiliary burner nozzles, and so on. 2. Purging, pressure testing, and airtightness testing: to be carried out at the design pressure. 3. Ignite, bake the lining, fractionate and introduce oil, stabilize the cycle: follow the temperature rise curve. 4. Remove the large oil and gas blind flange, expel air, and feed oil for distillation. 5. Load the catalyst and fluidize both reactors. 6.
