I need a technical agreement for stainless steel seamless pipes

You can ask the supplier to draft a preliminary agreement first (you provide the technical parameters and basic requirements), followed by discussions and negotiations between the two parties. The terms of the agreement must be negotiated equally by both parties, be fair and reasonable, and comply with the requirements of the Contract Law. Why go to the trouble yourself? Suppliers often sign technical agreements, and they usually have ready-made ones. It can be adjusted appropriately.
