I graduated this year and am working at a subsidiary of Tianchen Design Institute, where I am involved in pipeline design work. I’m still learning the basics and don’t know where to start. As far as I know, one must first understand the process diagrams, piping diagrams, and relevant standards; in addition, it’s necessary to become familiar with CAD and PDMS. Once proficient in these tools, one should take on a project, signing a contract for the design of 10 tons per year of ****. The contract ends when the project is completed. I’m worried that even after the project is finished, the company might not decide to renew the contract with me (or that the company might dissolve on its own). I mean, I want to work at this company for a few more years and gain some knowledge. Hahaha I hope experienced masters and seniors can share more knowledge in this area. I’ll have to trouble you guys more in the future when designing, haha! ! !
I’ve never signed a contract like yours before, but I think the reason the company doesn’t want to renew the contract with you is related to your performance. There are many companies hiring employees these past two years; if you’re good enough, you don’t need to worry about the company not renewing the contract with you. So I think you should focus on studying*.
