It has been buried outside the underground tank for many years now; how to prevent corrosion?
The exterior wall buried underground is painted in the following sequence: 2 coats of epoxy zinc-rich primer, 2 coats of type B epoxy asphalt primer, and 4 coats of type B epoxy asphalt topcoat. Coating thickness: 60, 100–120, 120–140 (um)
It has been buried for many years; is it intended to be dug out and treated again with anti-corrosion measures? It’s likely difficult to provide protection on the outside, but the inside can be treated using the method mentioned above. For external anti-corrosion, asphalt sheeting can be used
It has been buried for many years; without sandblasting, it is certainly not possible to meet the surface treatment requirements for epoxy-zinc coating. An anti-rust primer could be used, followed by an application of epoxy coal tar pitch, with glass fiber cloth added for reinforcement!
