What type is this kind of leg shown in the picture, and what are the relevant standards? Thank you!

It should be a non-standard bearing, similar to a supporting bearing; you can take a look at JB/T4712； The lower part is not considered; only the section related to the head is taken into account.

Is this device spherical or a horizontal container? Is it the camera angle or is there something wrong with my eyes? It seems to me to have a spherical shape. You haven’t replied whether it’s a horizontal container or a spherical container! In the case of horizontal containers, this type of structure was used only a few decades ago; it is hardly used nowadays. I have no right to judge whether it is advanced or backward; a structure like this would only appear in small spherical tanks.
