Someone who understands heat exchanger design, please help

A water-cooled system is needed, using hydrogenated diesel as the cooling medium; the capacity is 160 t/h, and the temperature is to be reduced from 65 degrees to 50 degrees. What size of heat exchanger is required, and what should be its parameters?
Use a water tank; if it’s 1 kg/h,
