Our company uses ICP-AES (OES) to analyze industrial silicon. Generally, domestic ones are not used, as there is a significant difference. The quality of domestic products is indeed somewhat inferior to that of imported ones, and after-sales repairs are very frequent. According to a friend of mine, domestic ICP units have a relatively high detection limit; their sensitivity is sometimes very high, their resolution is also high at times, and the stability of the plasma is good at certain moments.
