Controlling the bottom pressure, discharging slag, instantly adjusting the bottom air supply – are there any other good methods for dealing with cold ash in a bubbling furnace? Everyone is welcome to discuss.
Personal opinion: What should be done is to avoid the formation of cold ash, rather than figuring out how to deal with it, as otherwise it will severely affect subsequent processes. 1. Ensure uniform feeding and stable concentration ； 2. Ensure uniform air supply at the furnace bottom and stable furnace bottom pressure ；
