Last Friday, there was a plant-wide power outage. During the recovery process of 1.2 million tons of catalyst, severe leakage occurred in the regenerator; additives were added forcefully, and after the reserve level was sufficient, attempts were made to initiate fluidization and feed material in order to improve the situation, but this was not possible. Forced to stop work for repairs; the two devices were opened and a thorough inspection was carried out, with no suspicious issues found. Everyone’s help is needed to identify the cause – it’s urgent.
