When filling the bearing housing of small pumps with oil, it is generally sufficient to fill it to two-thirds of the level indicated by the oil sight glass; a slightly larger amount can be used for the first filling； The oil change interval is approximately three months; for new pumps, the oil needs to be changed every 7 days to half a month. After running continuously for three months, the oil should be changed according to the normal interval ； Grease generally needs to be replaced every six months, but it should be topped up regularly, usually once a week. The cycles for oil replacement, grease replacement, and grease replenishment are not fixed; they represent dynamic indicators. The specific timing depends on the actual conditions observed during inspections on site. Oil must be replaced immediately if any abnormalities are detected in the quality of the oil at the site.
