Problems with the central control DCS

Our unit’s catalytic units use a centralized DCS system, and this issue has occurred several times during operation: for some AI points, all input values are normal, but the display in the DCS shows zero. We have tried replacing the cards, the safety gates, as well as the field instruments, and everything seems to be working fine. The ultimate solution to this problem was to reprogram the main control card and download the program again. Has anyone else encountered this issue? What could be the reason for this situation? ? ?
Reply to 1# nihaocarter: First, replace the card module; the safety barrier is not the right one. The main control card, which is what we commonly refer to as the CPU, can have many different types of problems; it’s only possible to determine these issues through inspection.

I haven’t used the central control system, but generally, in your case, it’s because there’s a logical error in your program; it works fine when first installed, but once the logical system is activated, it crashes.
We are also in the central control department, but we have not encountered a situation like yours. We had an issue where one channel on the same AI card showed inaccurate readings; using other meters didn’t work either, but eventually replacing the card resolved the problem. In your case, it’s probably because the program wasn’t compiled, or it wasn’t released completely when trying to publish it! !

It’s the card issue; we’ve encountered it twice, and it was only fixed after replacing the card. The process involved is so messy that it’s hard to describe

I suspect that the engineers modified that point but failed to upload the changes, which is why that point doesn’t exist.
