Problems with nitrogen-hydrogen compressors

The nitrogen-hydrogen compressors used in our factory used to have their valves replaced every 45 days, but recently the inlet valves on the second stage have started to leak after just a couple of dozen days; upon replacement, it was found that the springs and valve discs were damaged. Does anyone with experience know what could be the cause?
This situation is usually caused by the following reasons: 1. Quality issues with the accessories. 2. Process issues. For process issues, there are a and increased load. b. The system contains water. c. Poor gas purification.
