Connection plates used for replacing membranes in Beihua Machine’s ion membrane electrolyzers

According to the key operating points outlined by Liu Xiuming from Beihua Ji, during the membrane replacement process, the first 3–5 unit cells are fixed together using connection plates in order to increase the rigidity of those unit cells. However, the parts needed for repairing the cells from Beihua Machinery do not include connection plates. For those who use Beihua Machinery’s electrolytic cells, are the connection plates included with the cells themselves? Made by yourself? Generally, how many unit slots are fixed together? What is the hole spacing? It would be best to have a photo; if there are drawings, that would be even better. Thank you first # + +.
The model we use in our factory is the same as yours! I know about the connection plate; it comes from the manufacturer together with the electrolyzer! It is a repair tool that comes with the equipment. I haven’t measured the hole spacing, but its purpose is to fix two or more unit slots together! In other words, there are two holes on one plate, and the distance between them corresponds to the distance between the lifting screw holes of the two unit slots I’ll send you song pictures when I have time!
