The screw compressor is overheating; what could be the cause?

Our factory has a screw air compressor. LGD6.1/10, from Wuxi Compressors. The phenomenon is: oil temperature at 100°C, with slight wear between the rotor and the chamber? May I ask about the reasons for overheating in screw compressors and the solutions?
It’s the Wuxi York unit – the suction pressure and temperature are high, as well as the exhaust pressure. The main issues seem to be related to the flow rate and temperature of the circulating water in the oil cooler; it’s also possible that there’s a problem with the temperature control valves used for automatic temperature regulation within the unit itself
Reply to 2# jackxu: The intake temperature is normal, and the exhaust pressure is 0.7~0.8 MPa. It’s all normal.
Is the temperature control valve okay? How long has it been since you cleaned your oil cooler? It is recommended to cook it in steam, and the result is quite good
