Are you interested in this? It seems to have been shut down; there were many of them across the country before, but now it’s mainly naphtha cracking used to produce butadiene. However, the price of butadiene is currently very high, and the butadiene production process via butylene oxidation dehydrogenation has attracted a great deal of attention.
The Yanshan butene oxidation dehydrogenation unit, which used radial fixed-bed technology, was in operation from 1986 to 1994； Yield, conversion rate, and butadiene selectivity – all available! However, severe carbon deposition on the catalyst affected the normal progress of production to a certain extent.
