Personal understanding: Only accidents caused by irresistible natural disasters such as strong winds, heavy snow, hail, etc., can be considered natural accidents – that is, disasters； Outdated production processes, obsolete equipment technology, and the absence of safety measures in a given field constitute technical accidents – resulting from immature technology, outdated equipment, and inadequate safety measures ； The consequences of giving illegal instructions, carrying out illegal operations, and violating labor discipline are severe liability accidents – human factors ；
