Request for trial production report

Thread Content

Our company is a private refinery that has been in operation for only 2 months; we are currently applying for a safety license. I urgently need to write a trial production report; I’ve never done this before so I don’t have many ideas. Could that teacher help me come up with some ideas or give me a template? Thank you in advance!

This usually requires someone to \"compile\" it; one can’t do it on their own. For many things, the official versions consist of hundreds of pages.

Reply to 3# zyp0009928: Even if it’s difficult, you must do it! There’s nothing I can do! But I still need to thank the teacher upstairs for their help! I plan to fill it out according to the catalog you provided; that should be fine!

Reply to 4# qsczsewdx: It’s too time-consuming to do this; no matter how hard you try to \"create\" content, you can’t produce that many pages

The trial production report for the Work Safety Supervision Bureau shouldn’t be that complicated; the one mentioned above is probably meant for inspection purposes. If applying for a safety permit, the trial production report should be prepared briefly, covering the contents of the first few chapters on safety assessment, as well as providing basic information on the trial operation. The requirements aren’t very high.

I’m also looking for help; if anyone has already written about this, please give some guidance. What are the main aspects that need to be considered?

I strongly agree with what was said on floor 8. I have prepared the trial production report required for the safety inspection assessment, and its content is similar to that on floor 8; the inspection was passed successfully.
