The coking operating procedures state that the oil must be removed thoroughly before changing towers. So, which parameters can be used to determine whether the oil has been removed completely? What conditions do everyone meet when changing towers?
Check the liquid level in the oil rejection tank. Before changing the tower, we open the main valve in front of the oil rejection tank fully; if the liquid level doesn’t rise, it means it’s clean
