Now, we are preparing to design a heat transfer oil system with 60KW electric heating. The parameters are: a heating jacketed reactor, temperature of 260 degrees, and voltage of 380V. As far as I know, a heat transfer oil system should include the following equipment: an electric heater, an expansion tank, an oil storage tank, an oil-gas separator, a high-temperature oil pump, a gear pump, an electrical control cabinet, a level gauge, valves, and pressure gauges. I’m not sure what other equipment might be necessary Or what devices should the entire system include? Since the user wants to save costs, they want to see which components of the entire system can be eliminated Can the oil storage tank, gear pump, and oil-gas separator be omitted?
The best way to save money is not to buy anything. To ensure smooth operation, oil storage tanks, gear pumps, and oil-gas separators are essential.
It would be good to have a filter as well, along with some kind of drainage trough underground.

All of them are necessary and cannot be skipped; if they are omitted, it won’t be approved by the Technical Supervision Bureau either.
Thank you to all our customers for their support. Our system is used in a small workshop, so there is no need to go through the safety supervision department. It seems that no one has been able to solve this problem yet. With the control system, we have no problems. Give it another try; I hope someone who understands this can come and analyze it.
Precautions against bumping still need to be taken
