Existing methods include washing, adsorption and absorption, incineration, emission into the atmosphere, and negative pressure absorption; each factory chooses the method suitable for its needs. Are there any other good, low-cost treatment methods? Our factory mainly uses washing and negative pressure absorption.

Your washing and negative pressure absorption methods are quite good. From an environmental protection perspective, incineration and high-altitude emission methods are not allowed; the waste must be treated to meet specified standards before it can be released. It is acceptable if incineration results in harmless substances, but if harmful substances are produced, those as well must be treated to meet standards before release is possible. Emissions at high altitudes are also not allowed; no matter how high, harmful substances remain in the atmosphere, so such emissions are prohibited. These substances must be converted into harmless forms before they can be released.
I have been working on exhaust gas thermal oxidizers for a few years; after that, the heat is recovered using waste heat boilers, and the gases are then discharged after being adsorbed and washed.
