The waste tar residue scraped out by the mechanical clarifying tanks or slag-scraping tanks in our factory is used in briquette production. Does anyone have a more valuable approach?
There really isn’t any good way to handle tar residue. What we did for Ansteel was to shape the tar residue into briquettes, crush them, and then reintegrate them into coal before using it for coking. I really don’t know what the best use for it is.

Blended coal is currently the best solution
Tar residue falls under strict environmental protection regulations; it is not allowed to be processed by enterprises without the necessary environmental protection facilities, and it can only be used in the production of briquettes legally. (If inspections are not a concern, the price can be adjusted to reflect the direct relationship with the oil content.)
Blast-furnaced coal is currently the best method; I hope you can invent an even better one for everyone to use.
The environmental requirements for delivering food orders are too troublesome, and the money earned from it isn’t much; usually, the food is delivered to coal plants to be used as fuel.
Tar residue can also be considered a product compared to coal; using it directly in coal mixing would be a waste. Coal can be gasified and liquefied; isn’t tar residue even easier to handle? Better uses should be found for tar residue, rather than using it again as raw material in products.

Our company deals in food delivery, and it has quite good utility as well. How did you all manage to get back?
It doesn’t cost much, but to send it back to the coal blending system, there’s no good solution.
