The difference between system pipelines and process pipelines

Document No. 268 of Sinopec (2008) stipulates as follows: (VIII) The commissioning of key equipment such as large-scale units shall meet the following conditions: 2. The pressure resistance tests of the system pipelines and the airtightness tests of the heat exchange equipment must be successful； 3. The process and steam pipelines have been successfully purged or cleaned ； What I would like to ask is: what is the difference between system pipelines and process pipelines? Do system pipes refer to the pipes built into the equipment itself? How to define it? I’m a complete beginner; please give me some guidance!
I’ve also heard of system pipes for the first time, but when I hear the term \"system pressure,\" I understand it to refer to the pipes through which the compressing unit transports the medium. According to the definition of systems in the design, it can be understood as utility pipelines, but this does not align with the requirements for large-scale units. For reference only
System pipelines refer to auxiliary pipes through which media such as air, nitrogen, circulating water, and fresh water flow. Process and steam piping refers to pipes that carry materials used in the facility, such as oil, steam, gas, etc.
