Dear friends from Haichuan, brothers and sisters, do you know anything about Meisheng Wolai? This includes information on salary and benefits, working conditions, management styles (including how people and projects are managed), design quality, and staff turnover rates. Please share your opinions and views; I would be very grateful. Thank you so much!
I’ll just share my personal opinions; they’re based on what I know and what my colleagues have said, and should be considered only as a reference. Please forgive me, guys from Meisheng. 1. They’re really good at poaching employees – they took away many people from our company in the first half of this year. 2. It is said that the salaries are quite high, basically the current salary level multiplied by 1.5 to 2. 3. Those who are hired are mostly assigned to junior positions; even if you earn 15,000 per month, you’ll still likely remain in a junior role, and it’s not easy to move up the hierarchy. 4. During the economic crisis, things were not fair at all. 5. There must be a lot of talent leaving as well, right? 6. It seems to be in Jiuxianqiao; it’s a bit remote, an state-owned enterprise institute with a structure similar to that of a foreign company (according to a colleague from Meisheng)
OP, do you want to change jobs? Was it found after all? Haha~~ It’s okay, I guess. The rapid recruitment indicates that they are expanding their staff
It is said that Meisheng charges 2,000 yuan per person they recommend; it seems your former colleague has betrayed you
Meisheng is currently expanding on a large scale; it’s a great opportunity.
I talked to the legal director at M&S Worley, as WorleyParsons wants to bid on one of our projects. With the support of WP behind Meisheng Wolley, along with its Chinese background, things should be good for business as long as there are no issues such as economic crises. There is certainly hard work involved… In recent years, there have been many projects in China’s petroleum sector that involve going overseas, and there are also numerous opportunities for cooperation with WP. WP can assist with tasks such as FEED and PMC, but large-scale EPC contracts still go to Chinese companies. However, once the FEED+PMC contract is awarded to WP, Meisheng Wolley’s Chinese background will come in handy. Or the logic could be reversed: it is precisely because Meisheng has a Chinese background that WP is more likely to win the bids.
