How to carry out heat treatment after the spherical tank is welded
Post-heating dehydrogenation is carried out for 0.5–1 hour at 200–250 degrees, using methods such as flame heaters or electric heating plates
On our end, the spherical tank is well insulated, so oil is used for heating inside the tank to control the rise in temperature, bringing it to around 500–600 degrees
The overall heat treatment is carried out using an internal combustion method; insulation material is wrapped around the spherical tank, and diesel in spray form is injected into the tank through nozzles for combustion. Our company is also engaged in the production and installation of spherical tanks; for more detailed information, please contact me at QQ 9457436
Reply to 1# Qi Country Style: There are generally three heat treatment methods depending on the type of heat source used – fuel-based heat treatment, gas-based heat treatment, and electric heating heat treatment. For specific procedures, you can refer to the methods suggested by users above.

I would like to ask: for the 12337 model, the welding of the (upper) pillar and the equatorial plate is carried out at the manufacturing plant. If a support plate structure is used, what is the welding sequence for the pillar, the support plate, and the equatorial plate? Also, please send me some photos of the ball tanks
First, the pillars should be erected, then the equatorial plate should be welded, followed by welding the upper and lower pole plates; the top plates of the upper and lower poles are welded last
I mean the welding sequence for the equatorial plate, pillars, and support plates.
The supply and demand situation is such that the vertical pillars and the equatorial plates should be welded first; TIG welding should not be used as it tends to cause cracks. Instead, shielded metal arc welding should be employed. After the pillars and equatorial plates have been welded together and the welds have been polished, the support plates can then be added.
Reply to 6# NEWMAN123: First, weld the pillars to the equatorial plates; after grinding, add the support plates. Weld the support plates to the equatorial plates first, and then weld them to the pillars
Thank you. By the way, what methods are generally used for welding storage tanks? Are there many weld rods used? Which types are generally used for gas shielded welding? I can ask which company you work for Also, receive text messages!
