What are the application issues of ultrasonic descaling technology for heat exchangers?

The heat exchangers in refineries, especially coolers, tend to scale up easily due to the properties of crude oil. To mitigate this issue, it is considered to install ultrasonic descaling devices on these heat exchangers, but it is not clear what the effectiveness of such devices will be I don’t know where that installation location is
It is generally installed on the tube sheet, with ultrasonic waves traveling within the rigid body of the equipment to remove dirt and prevent scale buildup. As for the effect, it’s not impressive (arbitrary).
