After maintenance, the pipes should be purged with nitrogen. Operate carefully, ensuring that the pressure difference before and after the valve is less than 0.3 Mpa. Safety valves should be regularly calibrated to maintain proper nitrogen pressure and ensure proper functioning of the interlocks.
Nitrogen Compressor, Pipeline Leakage: Label the leakage points and ensure good ventilation.
Turbine, Burns: Steam leakage. Stay away from the leakage points, label them, and carry out repairs promptly.
Low-Temperature Storage Tank, Burns/Asphyxiation: Liquid leakage from low-temperature storage tanks. Take measures to prevent freezing and stay away from asphyxiating gases.
Safety Operating Procedures, Fatal/Injury- Causing Incidents: Illegal operations. Strengthen training on safety regulations to eliminate illegal operations.
Working Environment, Falls, Electric Shocks, Mechanical Injuries: There are hazards present during work. When working at heights, wear safety belts. Address any potential hazards promptly
