Hydrorefining – Heating temperature of the reboiler in the stabilizer tower

The design of the reboiler in our unit’s stabilizer involves only a temperature increase of a few degrees. Why use a heating furnace instead of a heat exchanger to raise the temperature?
A heat exchanger needs to be able to reach a temperature higher than the one you require in order to function, and its temperature is difficult to control; whereas a furnace is easier to control!
What is the bottom-loop flow rate there? Too much medium-pressure steam is consumed. The temperature of the low-pressure steam also cannot be achieved.
