Only then did I realize that endurance is also a kind of ability. When I first started working, there were many things I didn’t understand. And that’s how I set off on the journey, somewhat blindly. Summarize an experience. Sharing a few thoughts. 1. Don’t expect teachers to help you; if they do, be grateful and appreciate it, as it’s not something you deserve. 2. I’m not sure whether I made a mistake in entering the drawings or if they made changes to them. Today I discovered an error in one part of a project I’m responsible for (I was also the one who drew the engineering drawings). Just the thought of having to call that stingy project manager, who treats me coldly just because he owes me 5 dollars, or of not calling him instead and calling another engineer – only for her to speak ill of me behind my back. I just don’t feel right inside. There’s no way; is there any way to avoid it? No, so there’s no choice but to endure it. If you want to take action, if you really want to be responsible for doing things, then you can’t be afraid of criticism, discussion, or mockery... Can you avoid these things? No. Rather than being cautious because of these things, it’s better to face them head-on and take a chance!
