On August 16, 2011, relevant leaders from the Shenyang Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences met with Ge Lefu, the acting mayor of Yingkou City, and Tang Xinen, the deputy mayor, in Yingkou City to discuss recent cooperation between the academy and the local authorities.
