Suzhou Electronic Materials Group only produces high-grade products when its semiconductor clients have such demands. For ammonia, there is Changshu Danor; for hydrofluoric acid, there is Zhejiang Kaisheng and Zhejiang Lansufu Chemical. For sulfuric acid, it’s Beijing Institute of Chemical Reagents.
