There is often residual liquid in the glass tube level gauge of the fuel gas tank in our plant’s hydrogenation furnace, and it always requires additional manual heating to remove it. I wonder if there is any good solution for this issue? Have any of you guys encountered such a situation?
Where does the residual liquid come from? Is the liquid carried in by the fuel gas still present in the glass tube after liquid removal? Try replacing the glass tube? Or remove the glass tube and clean it! ! Are the valves at the top and bottom clogged? You can also try to clean it up! !
The engineers at the factory said it’s related to the temperature of the raw gas. These issues earned me some praise, haha. Thank you, boss
