What happens if a 220V voltage appears on the Allen-Bradley DCS module?

If 220V voltage is introduced from the field into an Allen-Bradley DCS module (which operates at 24V under normal conditions), will this cause one module to be damaged, or will the entire cabinet be ruined?
All signals that need to be isolated are equipped with signal isolators; thus, even if the signal isolators fail first, failures can still occur due to issues with individual signals – usually either one channel is damaged or the first few channels are affected simultaneously
Where does that voltage come from? ? Should I get the output first and then check it? ?
