How to maintain the temperature in the hot high-pressure section when starting up a hydrocracking unit?

Due to material issues with the hydrocracking equipment, before the temperature reaches 93°C, the system pressure must not exceed 4.0 MPa. How is the bottom temperature of the hot high-pressure section maintained at startup? Could considering adding a water jacket or a heat trace be an option? If possible, how can we determine that the temperature of the entire device is already above 93°C?
It doesn’t seem that complicated; simply use a heating furnace to heat it. Maintaining a high temperature of over 93 degrees for a certain period of time will ensure that the desired result is achieved. It can also be assisted by direct temperature measurement outside the device
