I need to use butterfly valves in my installation, as well as PSA units; due to the differences in the processes involved, the valves must be able to withstand pressure in both directions, with gas flowing in both directions. This is different from ordinary oxygen and nitrogen production systems. It would be great if any manufacturers could provide valves that can achieve double-sealing, with a pressure difference of less than 1 MPa. Please help me, those who have experience with this! Many manufacturers say there’s no problem, but how can we be sure? Everyone is involved in PSA processing; could you recommend some companies that do a good job? I want to use a mixture of pure nitrogen and hydrocarbon gases – it’s non-corrosive, and the temperature can be a bit higher at normal conditions ! Since vacuum pumping is also required, the sealing must be excellent! I offer high-score rewards!
We are a professional butterfly valve manufacturer that produces high-performance two-way butterfly valves as well as vacuum butterfly valves, but they are considered different products.
I’ve heard of Jiangnan. What are its achievements?
Our company uses products from Shanghai Valve Factory No. 2; their manufacturing process is similar to yours.
For devices with high processing volumes and high pressure, the hydraulic triple-eccentric butterfly valve from West China Institute is the ideal choice!
Who else has used it? Please recommend it to me – what brand and from which company?
Reply to 5# ccr: I definitely will use a pneumatic version, not a hydraulic one. If anyone has used it, please recommend it. Thanks!
What is your processing capacity? By large throughput, I mean at least 5W horsepower or more
Most of the butterfly valves used in our company are from Shanghai Kaigong, but they are all manual
We use SNJ+Metso; the price is a bit high, but the quality is reliable, giving us peace of mind when using it.
Huaxi Institute is involved in the PSA project
