How to detect pure sulfur tetrafluoride

I’ve suddenly come across the task of testing sulfur tetrafluoride; I’ve never dealt with it before and am quite confused about where to start. I don’t know if anyone experienced this before – please offer some guidance. Thank you!

Sulfur tetrafluoride is susceptible to hydrolysis and alkaline decomposition, and can be determined by absorbing it with an alkaline solution and then measuring the fluoride or sulfur content.
Hydrolysis and alkaline hydrolysis also cannot reveal the presence of impurities. I’ve read an article that mentioned the use of GC, but I’m not exactly sure about the details. I hope someone who has used this method can offer some guidance; I would be very grateful. Thanks!
