What is a scaler? In my opinion, is that the function of a heat exchanger? Is there any other meaning?
Throttling devices are generally used to cool gas and convert it into a liquid; due to the significant changes in pressure drop, such devices are typically designed to have strong resistance to shock loads. A heat exchanger has the function of heat exchange; generally, it does not experience any change in state, and it lacks pressure shock resistance design.
