Those interested please get in touch; everyone is welcome to recommend colleagues and friends
The benefits are average, so it’s not very cost-effective for people from other places to go there.
You should hire more operators; why hire engineers when their salary is the same as that of operators? It’s not up to you to hire engineers; you’re not capable of doing that! !
Reply to 4# zbyyjrcxc: You’re right; is this really the treatment offered when trying to recruit engineers? Are you joking? That’s a complete lack of respect for engineers.

Hehe, it seems the treatment isn’t very good; this salary might not even be enough to hire a junior team leader
What engineers say is very misleading; technicians, on the other hand, can be more reliable in their statements. These days, when I go to job fairs, I see all these so-called engineers, which scares me into not daring to submit my resume casually; Hungry
“Please avoid using any emotional tone in your speech. Respecting others is respecting oneself. ”If it’s really about respecting others, then we should respect engineers as well! Where else do engineers get such salaries these days?
The salary is a bit lower; as a result, the people you hire lack high standards in various aspects, which indirectly increases production costs. Only highly skilled individuals can contribute to the company’s normal operations as well as to energy savings and cost reduction, and the benefits resulting from energy savings will far exceed the salary you pay them
