Due to years of use, the mixer in the alkali filtration machine has become deformed, resulting in uneven stress on the mixing rods and ultimately causing them to break. I’m not sure which type of alkali filter you are using; it is recommended to contact the manufacturer to identify the cause and carry out modifications. Otherwise, if the modifications are not successful, it will have a serious impact on operations.
It probably has nothing to do with the manufacturer. The main issue is that after nearly 20 years of use, the mixing rake of the alkali filter has become severely deformed, which has caused uneven stress on the mixing rods. I’d like to ask if anyone has any good ideas for modifying these rods
