Our company uses ordinary low-level loading nozzles for loading naphtha. During the loading process, a large amount of volatiles are released from the top of the tank trucks, which not only leads to waste but also poses significant safety risks. A down-mounted skid is used for sealed oil unloading; this skid includes interfaces for both oil and gas transmission. While loading oil, the oil and gas from the tank truck can be led out through these pipelines and discharged into the air or sent back to the storage tank. If an oil and gas recovery system is installed, the oil and gas can be directed to that system.
