Seeking information on coal chemical projects that have been completed and those under construction in Xinjiang

Our company wants to conduct a survey of coal chemical enterprises in Xinjiang, mainly in order to provide support for the coal chemical industry. Therefore, we would like to know how many coal chemical projects there are in Xinjiang’s four major coal chemical hubs – Ili, Zhundong, Tuha, and Kubai – including those that have already been completed and those that are under construction. I’d like to create a directory; thank you in advance.
Under construction in Yili: Qinghua, Xinwen Xintian, and China Power Investment (all coal-to-gas projects)
