Are there any special requirements for the sealing of control valves in negative pressure pipelines?

There is a vacuum piping line equipped with a control valve to regulate the vacuum pressure of the reactor; are there any special requirements regarding the leakage level and sealing of this control valve? Is a bellows seal needed, etc.? Please ask an expert for advice.
There is definitely no need for a bellows seal; bellows seals are used in high-temperature environments. As for the leakage level, higher standards should be required (such as level VI). No special requirements exist for the seal, as the vacuum pressure isn’t very high.
