I have a gentle question: when starting up the air lift system, is it possible to operate both the ammonia water circulation pump and the wastewater feed pump at the same time? If the ammonia water circulation pump is started first, could this cause the air extractor to draw gas out of the tower, thereby creating a negative pressure inside the tower?

Is the stripping unit in the original post used to extract ammonia from the middle of the stripping tower for ammonia purification and recovery?
