It’s the acetylene cooling tower, right? If so: ensure that the safety water seal and the main water seal are in proper working order; the sludge separator should also function properly, which should help reduce the scale buildup inside the tower!

Can scale be that severe? If it gets clogged in just half a month, then the water quality needs to be checked – it’s likely that the water is too hard. Drug treatment can be tried.
