Hello everyone. I would like to ask you all: on the first floor of our facility there is a pump room, where pump equipment is located. On both sides of this room, there are two deep trenches, which are used for accommodating sealed discharge pipes and for drainage purposes. The safety department has stated that the materials produced by our facility are heavier than air, and over time, the accumulation of such flammable and explosive materials in these trenches poses a safety risk. Therefore, they have ordered that these trenches be filled in, which essentially means eliminating them. I would like to ask everyone, is it possible to eliminate the gutters? Is it in violation of relevant standards or specifications?
