How to inspect the lining of higher storage tanks

But how can electrical spark testing be carried out in the upper parts of this lining? Is it only possible to use simple scaffolding for that purpose? Is there a safer device? Climbing high every day is too dangerous.

For engineering inspections like yours, once the installation is complete, this clumsy method is the only option available! It’s either probabilistic testing!
After the construction is completed, inspection and testing should be carried out; in the future the testing intervals will likely be longer, and solid scaffolding can be used.
It can be turned into a fixed scaffold, or a mobile lift can be purchased, similar to the kind used to change billboards on the streets
If construction is possible, why can’t inspection and testing be carried out?
