Boiler type and model: DG75/5.3; Air preheater type: thin-walled welded tube, 4 tube boxes ; Air preheater sealing type: Welded ; Current air leakage rate of the air preheater: It has not been measured; damaged tubes are found during each maintenance check ; The main factors affecting the air leakage rate of air preheaters at present are: defects in the tubes themselves (cracks at the welds of welded tubes), wear, and damage caused by vibration ; Measures taken to reduce the air leakage rate of the air preheater and their effects: shock absorption reinforcement, replacement of leaking pipes ; Measures planned to reduce the air leakage rate of the air preheater: gradually replacing it with seamless tubes, and installing anti-wear devices on the two rows of tubes facing the airflow.
