I. Preparations and checks before driving: The voltage fluctuation should be within the range of 380V±10%, and the three-phase power supply must not have any missing phases； Meters and electrical equipment should be in good condition, and electrical equipment that requires grounding must have reliable grounding ； The connections between the fan and the pipes, as well as the bolts of the fan base, should all be tightened ； The lubricating oil in the gearbox should be of the specified grade and filled to the oil level mark ； Before starting, turn pulley 2–3 times by hand to check for any abnormalities ； The outlet valve of the fan should be closed in the shutdown state, while the vent valve should be fully open. II. Start up and operation: Open the drain valve and the air outlet valve ； Turn on the power supply; if there are no abnormal phenomena after 30 seconds (such as metal friction sounds or excessive current), gradually close the vent valve to allow it to operate normally ； Under normal operation, the outlet valve must never be closed to avoid explosion accidents ； If several fans are to be turned on at the same time, one should be started first; once it is operating properly under no-load conditions, another one can be turned on. Close the vent valve only after normal no-load operation has been achieved (after 30 seconds). III. Shutdown procedures: Before shutting down, take notes of data such as voltage, current, air pressure, temperature, and operating time ； Gradually open the vent valve ； Press the shutdown button ； Close the air outlet valve. IV. Inspection of the fan: Inspect the fan once an hour after it starts operating normally, and take readings every 2–3 hours (such as voltage, current, wind pressure, temperature, etc.). During the inspection, pay attention to whether the sound of the fan is normal; there should be no frictional or impact noises during operation. If any abnormalities are detected, the fan should be stopped immediately for inspection. V. Fan maintenance: Carry out regular maintenance tasks; the fan room should be kept clean and well-ventilated, with no dust or oil deposits on the surface of the units ； Regularly (monthly) check the tightness of all connection bolts on the fan ； After the first operation or after a major overhaul, the lubricating oil in the oil tank should be completely replaced after 48 hours of operation; generally, the oil needs to be changed after more than 500 hours of continuous operation ； The backup fan should be turned on for at least one hour per week; generally, it should be switched in place of the main fan after 10 hours of operation in order to extend the lifespan of the fan ； Under normal conditions, the fan should be inspected after 500 hours of operation, given a minor repair after 2,000 hours, a medium repair after 3,000 hours, and a major repair after 15,000 hours.
