There is a batch of analytical instruments that need to be replaced, but I’m not sure how to determine the budget for this. I was wondering if anyone here could offer some guidance by providing market prices for the following instruments; it would be even better if prices for domestic and imported versions could be given as well. Since it’s just for budgeting, precision isn’t necessary; an approximate market price will suffice. Thank you! Instruments for measuring industrial gases: trace oxygen analyzers, which are used to measure carbon dioxide and hydrogen; water analyzers (ppm); instruments for measuring impurities in carbon dioxide; and instruments for measuring nitrogen in argon and argon in nitrogen. Which tasks here must be carried out using a chromatograph, and what is the minimum number of such instruments required? We are a gas company. Thank you!

They usually provide a catalog of product prices, which you can use to estimate the cost. To measure impurities in carbon dioxide, as well as nitrogen in argon and argon in nitrogen, chromatographic analysis is required. Moisture can be measured either by chromatography or with a moisture meter; you should determine the appropriate method based on your analysis needs, and consider in detail the setup options for chromatography (some chromatographs allow for a dual-column, dual-system configuration).

Find a few manufacturers that sell chromatography equipment, ask them to provide quotes for the instruments you need, compare those quotes and choose one. But be sure not to consider only the price while ignoring quality.
It is usually better for analysis technicians to handle such budgets; without understanding this, it’s impossible to discuss unit prices and technical specifications, nor can the total cost be calculated. A simple quote from the manufacturer can mislead you regarding the actual budget required; for a device with a power rating of 200W, a budget of 400W is quite normal. Just find a few manufacturers of gas analyzers. If you buy domestic products, the price will be very low. Analytical technicians will have the original documents from the instrument manufacturers.
