Do you have the raw materials? Do you have a market for calcium chloride? This process is very simple; it’s sufficient to ensure that the first two points are met.
We have visited several manufacturers because we needed calcium chloride; they are said to be good in the industry, but they look more like small workshops with no high entry requirements.
Reply to 2# hldj1964: We produce calcium chloride as a by-product, using a new manufacturing process. The concentration of calcium chloride in the recovery liquid is 100–200 g/L; failing to recover it not only pollutes the environment but is also a waste.

The largest producer of calcium chloride at present is Shandong Haihua, with an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons. But in the future, once we start production, our costs will be the lowest. Calcium chloride holds a very small market share and is highly seasonal; it is advised that you avoid entering this market unless you are completely confident.

The process I use for producing calcium chloride solution is a new one, involving a complete set of new equipment; it is not yet in use, but utilities such as water, electricity, and gas are available； The calcium chloride recovery solution contains 14% per ton; failing to recover it results in environmental pollution as well as waste.
